My Lunch 5

sushi roll, norimaki, のりまき弁当、サーモン唐揚げ

I'm not very good at making sushi roll, I don't think. It is difficult to roll tight. 
When it is loose, it's difficult to eat because all fall apart too quickly. 
But I found this crab meat at Japanese market and had to try it. 
Avocado was nice and fresh, so it is actually turn out great! We had salmon for 
dinner. So I put small slice aside and made it fried salmon for lunch.
